چکیده
This article presents findings and reflections of the Citizen Curators program, designed led by author on behalf Cornwall Museums Partnership seven participating museums. Dubbed an experiment in cultural democracy, as well providing a novel alternative pathway into museum work, took place between 2017 2021 with four cohorts resulting more than 80 successful completers, one-fifth whom went to jobs sector. The program was action research project curatorial education era equity, socially engaged practice, ethical awareness. qualitative quantitative program’s design, impact, what learned about realities cocuration, diversity, inclusion over four-year program.
